Philosophy

It is the relationship that creates the environment for the client to make changes within their lives – we see ourselves as the facilitator’s not adviser’s.  We also believe that it takes an enormous amount of courage for clients to come to counselling, and always  remember to acknowledge and respect each client as a unique person.

Training

To become a Counsellor is a journey  in personal growth and development, we make discoveries about ourselves and have been open to the process of learning, to understand ourselves and to enable in turn, to help our clients.  We are ware of own processes and in turn of others this has changed the way we view life and we endeavour to live an honest and more congruent existence in the world.

The therapeutic relationship

Facilitates the healing process and that, ultimately with support and facilitation,  enables clients to discover for themselves, the answers to questions that they may bring to the counsellor.
